All rebate requests must be submitted online within 14 days of move-in
All applicants must list 'DFW Apartment Nerdz' as the referral source on the rental application and guest cards
A minimum lease period of 12 months is required
Some communities require pre-registration before touring, you must be registered by us to receive a rebate
Only one rebate per lease
You are not eligible for a rebate if you have previously lived in the same property
We must receive a commission on your move. If we don't get paid, we have nothing to rebate!
As soon as we receive compensation from the property we will process your rebate. However if the property refuses to provide compensation, any rebate eligibility will be void
If we have to send a community to collections we will not be able to offer a rebate
Cash Rebates of up to $150 will be paid by check at a rate of 10% of the commission we receive for our services from the apartment community provided our commission is at least $400.
Our services are paid from the property's marketing budget and has no effect on the monthly rental rate
Rebates not cashed within 60 days of issue will be voided
We will not be able to provide you with the exact rebate amount until move in verification occurs, however we can provide an estimated amount in advance. Contact us and we will be happy to provide that information
