Our philosophy is simple. Treat our customers with respect while providing the best apartment locator service possible.
Some Dallas apartment locators will only show you apartments with high commission rates. Unfortunately when that happens they are not working with your best interests in mind.
At DFW Apartment Nerdz we promise to provide a list of all available apartments within communities that we work with regardless of our commission amount. And that’s a lot. We work with about 90% of apartments in DFW.
We LOVE pets! We can help you with large dogs, small dogs, apartments without breed restrictions and more!
Our rent rebate is straight forward. Claim your rebate and you’ll get 10% back of whatever we make as long as our commission is at least $250.
We work 100% on commission. Apartment communities pay varying commissions from their marketing budgets but only when you lease your apartment and write on your application that DFW Apartment Nerdz referred you. We also ask that you tell us when you’ve lease because the apartment managers usually won’t.
Using an apartment locator does not affect your rental rates. Some locators may claim to have exclusive pricing. But that’s just a marketing tactic. Fair housing rules require landlords to offer the same base rental pricing to everyone.
