Frisco Texas is an affluent city located  bout 25 miles north of downtown Dallas and is split by the Dallas North Tollway.

Home to the Dallas Cowboys Headquarters, Frisco is a thriving suburb with an abundance of retail, offices, sporting events, and cultural activities.

Frisco Square is a mixed use development that includes Frisco City Hall, dining, boutique shops, Cinemark, Medical City, and brand new luxury Frisco apartments. You’ll also find the headquarters of software company Gearbox and the cool nerdy coffee shop, Nerdvana.

Throughout the year Frisco Square hosts several events including their annual 4th of July fireworks, arts festivals, and music festivals. In December Frisco Square comes alive with hundreds of thousands of Christmas lights strung across buildings all timed to music.  You can enjoy the winter time festivities while ice skating on the outdoor rink or a horse drawn carriage ride.

Directly across the street from Frisco Square is FC Dallas’ Toyota Stadium and the Soccer Hall of Fame. FC Dallas is a MLS soccer team that is deeply involved with the community. Concerts, tournaments, and fundraisers all occur at the stadium.

Frisco is also home to the Dallas Cowboys Headquarters and practice facilities located at the appropriately named The Star.  The practice field is shared with the Frisco School District where you can watch high school football in the fall.  Outside is a district full of restaurants, a hotel, offices, a medical center, and apartment living.  And they are not done yet!  Now open is the fleek new 12 Cowboys Way condo style apartments featuring ultra high end finishes and amenities.

And just when you thought Football and Soccer were enough for a town the size of Frisco, they are not done yet.  Frisco Rough Riders Minor League baseball stadium is located in the Stonebriar district and includes a lazy river in the outfield!  Plus the Dallas Stars practice at the nearby Comerica center which also hosts productions from Cirque Du Soleil as well as several children’s productions throughout the year.

If you’re looking for activities for the family you will be pleased to know Frisco offers a wide array of family friendly entertainment options.  These options include iFly, Main Event, Strikz, the National Video Game Museum, the Frisco Train Museum, Pole Position Raceway, and more.

Frisco Parks and Recreation Center aquatic center located off Preston Road features 6 mat slides, a lazy river, kids area, and activity pool.
